Welcome to our new Employee Involvement Newsletter. I hope to update this newsletter monthly to keep everyone informed as to what is happening in Employee Involvement.

There are many issues and concerns due to the rapid changes occurring throughout the company. Please remember our sisters and brothers in the "Call Center" right now for they are going through some difficult times. We continue to attempt to keep the lines of communication open via our weekly Employee Involvement group meetings in the Call Center.

I realize other areas are struggling as well. Some of you have already contacted me to see if I can help facilitate some of these issues with the company. Please feel free to continue to contact me any time.
